Make Your Desktop Wallpaper Unchangeable

1. Open Local Group Policy Editor.

-Press windows + R

-Type gpedit.msc

 

 

2. In the left column of Group Policy Editor, expand User Configuration>Administrative Templates>Control Panel>Personalization. In the right column click Prevent Changing Desktop Background.

 

 3. To disable changing desktop background choose enable from the three options (Not Configured, Enabled, Disabled) then click OK. To enable changing desktop background, choose either Not Configured or Disabled.
