Hey guys if the copying or
moving data into or from your pendrive is very slow then here is a trick to
increase performance of your pen drive.
TRICK 1 :::
Step 1: Input pendrive in
your computer.
Step 2: Right click on
pendrive.
Step 3: Goto properties.
Step 4: Goto Hardware
Step 5: Select your
pendrive type and click on properties.
Step 6 Click on change
settings.
Step 7: Click on Policies.
Step 8: Choose better performance
and click on OK.
(Now your pendrive will
restart.)
Disadvantage: Don't forget
to eject your pendrive while removing it, otherwise your pendrive might damage.

Format your pendrive in
NTFS file system by unselecting quick format.
