To solve the above problem at first you have to open android SDK
manager.
Then goto extras and install "Intel x86 Emulator
Accelerator(HAXM installer" .
Then goto following address in your computer:
C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Local\Android\sdk\extras\intel\Hardware_Accelerated_Execution_Manager
There you will get "intelhaxm-android.exe". Install it
and then create a virtual device in your android studio.
It may take some time but now your virtual device will sure run.
